The Aglianico grape was brought from Greece to southern Italy where it has flourished for centuries in the high-altitude volcanic hills of Campania. Deep ruby red in color, full and rich in body, the wine has distinctive aromas of wild berries and spices and pairs well with red meats, game and aged cheeses.
